AT&T’s Motorola Backflip brings you a completely new and revolutionary design but is it practical? We think it is. It features the first Backtrack touch pad that is similar to the touch pads that you would see on your everyday Notebook PC. As the name suggests it is placed on the backside of the phone for easy navigation through photos or web pages. Talk time on the Backflip is quite impressive, providing you with about six hours of talk and multiple of hours of standby time. Every phone does have a downside though and the Backflip does have a couple. My biggest complaint is the screen size which could be a little bit bigger than its current 3.1 inch although the sharp resolution makes up for it. More than likely they were thinking of the overall size of the phone.
